Touch needs two taps to open drowpdown. Bug?

I'm using this plugin and noticed that on touch, it actually needs two taps to open the dropdown. Is this intended? I think it's a bug and it should open on first tap.

After investigating a little more I changed #247 to

_togglePanel.call(this, event, !target.hasClass(this.settings.openClass));

adding the "!" did the trick.
