As a member of an Organization, I may have scenarios where I need to collaborate with other members on a particular conversation.

Example scenarios:

• OpenHands comments on a GitHub PR: Multiple users in the organization may want to view the conversation history

Questions to figure out:

• Security/permissions: Under what circumstances is a conversation viewable by other members of an organization?
