Add the ability to view browser console output

What problem or use case are you trying to solve?

I'm using OpenHands to create web apps, but sometimes it generates incorrect web pages. Since OpenHands can't access the browser console output directly, I have to manually open the webpage, copy the error message, and paste it into the chatbox to request fixes.

Describe the UX or technical implementation you have in mind

None, I dont know if it is hard to impl.
