Discovery VS. Action Keyword configuration.

What problem or use case are you trying to solve? For new users to a repo they might want to use All hands for discovery, but the project trys to edit contents

Example: How do I setup a repository to use Github actions with this project?

Describe the UX of the solution you'd like Default trigger words for taking an action (ex. build..) or isolating users descriptor words for discovery "How".

Do you have thoughts on the technical implementation? Basic user config key that also shows other triggers. For example as you type it shows what can potentially trigger for actions.
