[Bug]: Submitting feedback does not work

Describe the bug and reproduction steps

I tried submitting feedback for a failed session but the feedback submission itself failed. Also lots of errors in the console (probably because I have an adblocker).

Yes, I think your intuition about adblockers is correct. We use PostHog for the feedback mechanism, and they document that they are impacted by adblockers.

I think we aught to mention this in OpenHands docs as well if we haven't already, but other than that I don't know that there's any action we can take.

I see. Maybe you can check whether you can connect and then give a note about it to suggest disabling the adblocker.

I'm not sure, I think PostHog can be disabled, so the use shouldn't be impacted normally.

Also I thought the Feedback button makes a specific request to an (All Hands) API endpoint? 🤔

It's worth looking into, but just a shot in the dark: do you think the conversation was large? Like, did the agent browse the internet?

Ah, correction: actually I think PostHog cannot be disabled on all-hands.dev.

It shouldn't impact the feedback button though.
