[Bug]: VSCode always shows "do you trust the authors of this folder"

Is there an existing issue for the same bug?

Describe the bug and reproduction steps

When opening VSCode, we always see "do you trust the authors of this folder" and need to close the window. This is annoying and should be fixed.

I think we should be able to fix this using the vscode extension...

Also, FWIW, I recently realized you can just hit enter instead of clicking
