[Bug]: Unable to stop tasks

Describe the bug and reproduction steps
It's common that the agent performs many tasks in sequence. In this cases, very often it's not possible to stop those tasks.
- I'm pressing the stop button.
- I tell the agent to stop all tasks
- It continues with the tasks.
Tested with Gemini 2.0, default agent.

I did try this and I was able to stop it. Not sure if it depends on what it's doing. CC @tofarr
Yes. It happens very often when he divided a task in a sequence of subtasks.

Is it a problem with the LLMs or is it also related to the CodeAct agent task/level counters?
