Describe the bug and reproduction steps

A Flask Todo application was created with basic functionality The files have been edited in /workspace/todo.py and /workspace/templates/index.html A browsing error occurs when trying to start the server and access‘http://127.0.0.1:5000’ Several attempts to restart the server and run it on different ports were unsuccessful

Several attempts have been made to restart the server The templates directory structure was created correctly Flask is installed, but the application shows connection problems Error occurs when browsing the application Several changes have already been made to the configuration files ‘Error encountered when browsing’ Server restarts on different ports were not successful
