[MCP] Promote popular MCPs on MCP page

As a user who is getting started with OpenHands, I want to discover popular MCPs I can use from within the OpenHands interface. For example, surfacing a few popular MCPs but then letting me explore a directory (maybe outside the app) would be very convenient.
