Motor is missing phase while running

Hello, I have used AT32F421 controller for ESC and AM32-AT32F21-PB4-405 firmware is flashed in the esc but while running motor phase is missed. I have used AON7544 mosfet and for back EMF R1 is 10k and R2 is 4.7k. What should be the value for voltage divider used for Back EMF detection? Please help me to resolve this issue.
