Unable to create process using 'C:\Python310\python.exe (open for the rest)

I keep trying to start the application and it keeps saying this: Unable to create process using 'C:\Python310\python.exe "C:\Users\glitc\Desktop\desktop-waifu-master\waifu\Src\runner.py"'

Copy all files from folder where your python is installed into 'C:\Python310' folder
