Output Failure

Hey please help,

I have been trying to run my code on pycharm and some background i just recently downloaded pytorch and for that i had to delete python 3.12 and downloaded 3.10.8 because thats the lastest version of python pytorch supports, so after i downloaded pytorch I tried coding in pycharm but it kept showing it error:

and now i dont know what to do please help.
