BackupStorageLocation "default" is unavailable: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = error loading environment from ALIBABA_CLOUD_CREDENTIALS_FILE (/credentials/cloud): Can''t separate key from value

What did you expect to happen: The backupstoragelocation status is Available
