If you have depressed Mudokons in Exoddus and kill a Slig on the same-screen as them while those Mudokons are "active" (e.g. you chant to distract the Slig, say "hello" to alert the Mudokon, and then possess and explode the Slig while that Mudokon remains standing), I'm pretty-sure that cures them of their depression? (I think the same applies to "angry" Mudokons, also?)

So I'd guess what happened in the video is that the Slig was killed while the right-most Mudokon was standing-up to make their depressed sound and they are considered temporarily "active" while doing so, and able to acknowledge the death of the Slig?

Yea, i think that could be intended behaviour. Same with Mudokons killing themself if something even more sad happens. Or start hitting, when they get even more angry. :D
