Using "estimate", the view only updates when zoomed quite far in or in spectral view

There's something similar if you open a file and apply a reverb, without making a selection - no changes are visible. But undo (which makes a selection), click to get rid of the selection, and try again, and you can see changes. Not sure if it also occurs with other functions, but it is frustrating, because how would the user know if changes have been made and not displayed, or just not made?
