Error handling

Hi.

Was wondering if there's a way to handle errors while trying to load the widget? Right now my ISP has issues that causes the websocket connection to fail, and my whole site crashes.

The Zendesk widget is a nice-to-have feature on this site, so it would be great if the whole site don't crash if Zendesk has issues, or that the widget can't be loaded for some other reason.
