Conflict With Sendgrid Plugin

I'm using the Sendgrid plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sendgrid-email-delivery-simplified/ in order to send out emails from WP, but WP Ulike HTML code is being added to the test email I'm sending from the plugin (JS is disabled in the email client of course)

What can I do in order to prevent this from happening?
