[O2B-797] Merge tables flp_runs inside flp_roles

• [ ] issue "Status" is set to "In review"
• [x] PR labels are selected

Notable changes for developers:

• The Flp naming has been uniformized to FlpRole, and the relation is a one to many between Run (1) <--> (n) FlpRole

Changes made to the database:

• table flp_runs has been deleted, relation is owned by flp_roles on the new run_number column
