Post-build execution of ROOT macro

Hey @mconcas , there are lots of files modified in this PR, sorry. I would say that the "main" ones are the CMakeLists.txt in Detectors/ITSMFT/common/, especially the one in Detectors/ITSMFT/common/data/alpideResponseData/ (where there is also the macro alpideResponse.C; the hello.C file was just for tests :D).
