ChannelConfigurationPolicy::match should take whole DataProcessorSpecs

ChannelConfigurationPolicy::match should take as an argument whole DataProcessorSpecs instead of just their names. It would provide possibility to match them e.g. basing on labels.

@ktf I think you missed this one, since I forgot to put it in the presentation.
