aliDoctor and packages from ubuntu 18.04

I'm afraid of issues from alidoctor that decides to pick from the system some packages that finally lead to crash in the aliceo2 build. It starts from nanomsg package, that I solved performing manual installation of the latest version of this package. Again, after a fresh pull rebase, a same problem appears with openssl... The version 1.1.0 selected by alidoctor from the system is not compatible... I suspect that the right version is an older one. Why aliDoctor doesn't check the version of each package? Or it's a different explanation? Can we impose at the aliDoctor level the choice of the packages that will be rebuild? Thanks.
