FIT: Store DCS DPs as 64 bit ints and rename bad channel map

• Store DCS DP values as 64 bit integers in CCDB instead of 32 bit integers. Double values are multplied by 1000 and stored as integers, trigger rates would therefore overflow with 32 bits.
• Rename bad channel map to dead channel map.
