DPL: handle Lifetime::Condition in consumeWhenAny

Conditions should never be consumed, unless there is data.

This fixes part of the issue reported by @shahor02. We still need to keep around references to the objects in the cache, so that when new data arrives we fill all the available conditions dataref, if available.
