Well the 3D effect is the outer layer, so effectively it disappears

I'm pretty sure baritone already does this as it highlights all items that are dropped by the blocks that you break and for me, it goes back and picks them...

I think that this would be a brilliant addition to baritone as often I am killed when auto mining blocks. also travelling I get attacked by mobs. This should 100%...
