Add cumulative frame-wise warp calculation mode

Make for two alternative, switchable modes:

1. Warp w/ flow warps between successive warped live iterations (momentum-based) -- this is the current default mode of operations.
2. Warp w/ framewise warps between unwarped live and warped live.
