Adding details and articles of Data structures and Algorithms

Hey, I have seen that the website is redirecting to different platforms for different purposes. Instead, we can add the proper articles of each and every Data structure and related problems and test cases which is all being provided in the Algo phantoms backend repository.

We can add that much of information and gradually keep increasing the content. As a GSSoC participant I want to start working on this.

In the existing site for Data Structures, it is being redirected to 3rd party websites so instead of doing that we can create a page with all the data structures information and practise problems.
