Adding firebase setup

i have a question ? if a issue is already assigned to someone and if i worked on it without assigned and if i make PR then it would be accepted or not , because if we go like this then some of them will never assigned a issue like me

I worked with Android in Kotlin and using Firebase for the backend. Will be glad if you assign this task to me. A gist of what I will do-

• Checking the project requirements.
• Creating Firebase project and Registering the app
• Adding Firebase Configuration file and plugin in Gradle I might work more on the backend with organisation of the data there and rendering it in the app. If anyone is new, can follow these steps and do the task if it's not assigned to me.
