Allow browsing of attachments and fetching of raw data for sending to preview

While it is possible with direct calls to the JS-api, it would be good if the APS related service exposed a simple interface for navigating attachments and grabbing the raw data needed to send to the preview component.

Currently we can listen to the selection event on the task details form and grab the raw data from there. However, if we want to show a preview along with the task form prior to selection, a lot of direct is-api magic is needed.

Most probably we will be able to add it in ADF 3.0 which will most likely be working with APS 2.X, I don't think we will be adding this capability in ADF 2.X with APS 1.X
