improving certificate's permission ?

Hello Angel ! Permissions for localhost.cer and localhost.key are set to 644 What about tuning the permission of localhost.key down to 640 in order to improve security ?

I did it and it works.

Not sure on how to do that with the installer, but I'll take a look at this.
