[Feature Request] API for fuel ups and expense logging, and stats

Would be nice to have an API to integrate stats/data with other applications (such as Home Assistant), or to support the creation of a mobile app frontend.

I have been looking for a Fuelly replacement and having a first class open source Android app backed by a self-hosted web app would be delightful.
