Unifi Protect not play live video but shows Screen grab

Hi there,

I am struggling to get a live video feed in Unifi Protect. My go2rtc is working perfectly. I am able to see the live stream in VLC player via RTSP stream. However I am unable to get a live video working in Unifi Protect. Unifi Protect connects to the go2rtc stream on port 1984, however it is just showing the video as loading and not recording. Everytime i click on the camera it does show a screen grab of the video feed but just does not play.

Any help is really appreciated.

Tried everything to get this working. I can get the stream to work outside of UniFi protection. I.e. connect to an rtsp stream from VLC. I get stuck with camera loading. Any help is appreciated as a little lost
