Tapo 2-way audio -- can't use 'talk' function in the tapo app

Hi -- hoping for a bit of help here.

I have a few Tapo C120 cameras. I am using the cameras in Frigate, Home Assistant and want to be able to also use the Tapo app. I got two-way audio working through frigate and HomeAssistant, but it seems that every time I use the two way talk function on one of those apps, if I try to use it on the Tapo app, it tells me "The Line is Busy. Please try Later" and the function does not work. Sound and video comes through just fine through the app, and I can continue to use two way talk in Frigate and HomeAssistant.

The solution seems to be to either reboot go2rtc or the camera.

Any ideas on a solution? Almost seems like go2rtc doesn't release the microphone when you stop the webrtc stream with the 'microphone' listen in media (or release the mic in frigate).
