1 of the Aqara D1 double rocker wall switch went totally offline out of the sudden
Anyone encounter this issue?
I used google home to switch off all the lights at HA, and all aqara switches connected to gateway3, however 1 of the aqara D1 double rocker wall switch went totally offline out of the sudden. Is it aqara D1 double rocker wall switch faulty?
There is totally no light in aqara D1 double rocker wall switch. I tried to do reset but it is unresponsive. However, the light power is connected in the wall switch.
I tried to turn off all my home power and switch on again, the aqara d1 double rocker switch stays offline. Really odd situation.
Not sure if anyone of you hit the same issue as me.

Are you using a model without a zero line?
Sorry for the late reply. Let me try to troubleshoot.
I'm using the no neutral version.
Try putting together a simple stand with this switch. Preferably use old incandescent bulbs
Same symptoms happening to another aqara double rocker switch.
lumi.switch.b2lacn02 QBKG22LM
When I switch off one of the light using Home Assistant, both switches just went offline. No response when I pressed on the buttons physically. Then I restart the gateway, and did another switch on using home assistant, then the switch reset itself to off mode. Then all the switches went back to normal.
Trying to find out what actually happen and how did it happen. Appear it just happen randomly. It keep hitting to aqara double rocker so far.
Turning on basic logging to monitor if the same symptoms happen again.
My double rocker switch went offline again.
Any ideas what does the this log "wrong NWK" mean? Appear to only appear when my double rocker went offline when i command the switch to be off or on in Home Assistant.

Somehow the switches restarted itself again after I keep pressing on either of the offline switch on the double rocker for multiple times. Any ideas what could have happened?
The double rocker went back to online status again.
Wrong NWK means you using two gateways and moved switch to another gateway. But the switch remains in the base of the old gate
