I am seeing this too
I am seeing something very similar. https://xxxxxx.duckdns.org/webrtc/webrtc-camera.js?v2.0.2:88:34 Uncaught InvalidStateError: Failed to execute 'appendBuffer' on 'SourceBuffer': The HTMLMediaElement.error attribute is not null.
It only shows up on one Tablet. It is a Telstra Enhanced Tab 2. No video is shown and the errors start coming in. Same if I use Chrome or the HA App. The TAB is running Telstra's version of Android 10 so I expect it may have something to do with that.
I have 3 other tablets, Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and two Laser tablets. They are all fine.
I have this slightly different error in my log. The cameras are working fine apparently.

This problem may be fixed in latest master version
I'm facing the same issue.

Any updates on that?
Thanks.
Fix still present in master version
Can anyone trace where this error comes from and whether it can be fixed plss😦

As per last update this is already fixed (just not released).
Any draft plan for the release of the fix? Thanks
Any update on the release?
Check my new project. Maybe it handle this situation https://github.com/AlexxIT/go2rtc
Thanks for your feedback. Surely i'll have a try by migrating my configuration to this new project. I'll keep you posted
Should be fixed in v3
