HA "busy-wait" every 10 seconds with StreamAssist devices configured, but not present
I've started the process of replacing all my Alexa devices with Lenovo ThinkSmart tablets, using VoiceAssist and StreamAssist. I had configured six tablets and had them all running, streaming to the HA server. Later, I unplugged some of the tablets, since it was too soon to complete this project (I needed the Timer functionality, which wasn't ready yet).
I started seeing HORRIBLE latencies with HA, in everything from it's web server to response to Alexa, to automations. Delays that seemed to range from 0 to perhaps as much as 10 seconds!
Yesterday, I finally tracked this down to StreamAssist. Precisely every 10 seconds it would lock up HA for (I believe) 10 seconds, then I'd get another 10 seconds of normal operation before this repeated. I assume this was due to connection attempts to the devices that were configured but not present.
