Devices are gone after trying to add a new one
I have been using this integration for some time now just for a S26R2 plug and it worked great. I got two new S60TPF and wanted to add them.
The first one went as it should, added to eWeLink, made sure LAN control was on, re-auth in the addon and it got added to HA.
When trying to add the second one, after re-auth, it just did not appear in the list. I have try re-authing a couple of times but nth.
After that I removed my account all together and re-configured it - the new plug appeared but the initial ones (S26R2 and the first S60TPF) where gone.
I removed my account again and now, after re-adding it, I have 0 devices from the 3 I have working fine in eWeLink.
Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? My next step would probably be to create a new sonoff account and readd them all there, but before I do that, I'm hoping someone has an answer for this behavior.
Hi, I'm encountering the exact same issue with different devices. I checked on eWeLink : every device is connected, on the same home, on same account... The only thing I can add is that I change my eWeLink password between the installation of the two first deviced and the last one. The two first devices were well connected to HA since months. It's the tentative to add a new one that made them desapear exactly as for GigiPompieru.
Just solved the issue by redownloading from HACS the Son Off LAN. After a restart and the integration, all the devices appears.
Reinstallations and reconfigurations of integration are completely unnecessary. The only thing required is a restart of the integration. New devices are loaded only at startup. If they haven't loaded, you may have internet issues. Or you may have selected the wrong house in the mobile app (if you have multiple houses).
