Sonoff DUALR3 appears in HA but always offline

Hello, I’m having an issue with my Sonoff DUALR3. Device: Sonoff DUALR3 Firmware: 1.6.1 Integration: SonoffLAN (via HACS) Home Assistant: [add your version here] Problem: The device shows up correctly in Home Assistant under the SonoffLAN integration, but it is always offline. In my main eWeLink account the device works perfectly. However, I shared this device to another eWeLink account, which is the one I’m using in Home Assistant (because we cannot use the same eWeLink account in more than one place simultaneously). All my other Sonoff devices work fine in HA — only the DUALR3 has this problem. Question: Could the problem be related to the fact that the DUALR3 is a shared device instead of being in the main account? Is there any workaround for this? Thanks for your support!
