Sonoff SNZB-01P start/stop issue

I have a Sonoff SNZB-01P button setup to play a media file on a Google Nest when it's pressed.

1 push plays the sound 2 pushes stops it

I can start and stop without issue. However if I want to play the sound a 2nd time soon after stopping, then nothing happens.

The log show the button was pushed, but no events occur. If I wait 1+ minute then it seems to work again. I'll see something like this in the log.

I'm not sure if this is a Sonoff, Home Assistant or Nest issue, but I thought I'd start here.
