"Energy Day" kWh meter reading not resetting at 12:00:00. Causing negative meter readings in Energy dashboard
It appears that the Sonoff Energy Day meter is resetting/reporting 0 kWh for the day just after midnight, and this is causing a negative reading at the start of the day on the Energy Dashboard.
The effect of this is that everydays final reading is 'todays' consumption minus yesterdays final consumption (The starting point for the days meter reading is the negative of the previous days consumption)
Is there a way to block negative readings on these devices to mitigate this effect? (i.e. when it tries to drop below 0 just after midnight, the meter reading will remain at 0 where it should be).
Since these are outlet devices there would never be reason to record a negative/return to grid export readings.

Indeed, something similar here (it's been like this since I installed the add-on). At 12 it outputs the total of the previous day as the first entry in the hourly outputs:
