Upgrading to new version.

I am trying to upgrade to the new version 2022.5.3 I copied the config folder from my older version, to the new 5.3 folder. During the execution I get several errors in red text and then it just keeps repeating the commands in the attached picture. It never completes or loads. Any idea what is happening? Some problem with NabuCasa. I think it's better to ask for support there

Even on a new execution of the program on a different computer, without my config file, it still does not load, still red code line errors. I did download and unzip again. I cannot get the latest version working at all on 2 different, fully updated, Windows 10 computers. Either starting from the beginning, or copying my config file. Dependency issues highlighted in red. Previous version works with no problem.
