Game sometimes crashes or cannot be started after 2.4 patch

I noticed some strange behavior after 2.4 patch. If my character has some specific charms in the inventory, game will freeze at loading screen. I can disable mods, login, move "broken" charms to stash and re-enable mod again. Then when I try to move the charm from stash to inventory, game freezes and I have to force shut it down.

No idea what caused it, would appreciate any help, since this mod is very useful. As temporary fix one can simply leave "broken" charms in the stash.

To be honest this repo has been forked into so many different mods I didn't think anyone was using it anymore. I haven't played in many months but am tangentially interested in playing ladder. If I do, and if none of the forks are sufficient to my standards, I'll update this again. But I largely assumed others have continued on from what I started.

Also worth mentioning the frenzy barb merc is completely broken, shows as having no gear and icon is act 1 rogue, I also can no longer equip weapons on my Act 2 Merc. So yeah... weird things haha (if you do come back to update it)

Latest commit should fix skill/merc/etc issues. I haven't had any crashes on startup or joining games, but it might've been related to the excel files I just removed. if it's still happening, lmk what charms you're using, and make sure you're using the new installation method.

I'm still experiencing issues with selling throwable weapons, even after my latest commits. Not sure if it's my mod or if it's a base game bug. Will test further sometime.

Based on the traffic stats to this repo after ladder starting, there's still a lot of people using this, so I'm a bit motivated to keep it updated with new features.

i've been using this for MONTHS...with no real issues but one.....why can i not LINK items in chat? Runes, jewels, high level unqiues...anything that's been altered by the visual mod?
