Make a release please

Hi!

Could you please make a release so it's possible to depend on a stable version? Also can you please specify which version of Boost.MultiIndex the library correspond to. Possibly, the corresponding Boost version can be used as a release tag.

Did you have a chance to look at this? I'd certainly like to evaluate it in a few projects, but need to be able to depend upon a stable version, same as the original submitter.
