Different results than original darknet with floating point version

When I use the original tiny yolov3 darknet weights and compare the results with the original darknet repo i get different results. Not with INT8 but float, am I doing something wrong?

I notice that too. My guess is that it is because the resized (before running the actual CNN) is done without letter_box as in the original darknet repo.
