Detect mat without opencv

I had big trouble getting the OpenCV build to work in Alturos.Yolo. I don't need openCV for my applications anyway. I then noticed that detect_image works without openCV. So i overloaded all the functions to make it work with detect_mat as well. I left the code which is default for building with openCV.
