Dragging and dropping a selected line can alter another line (move is not always working)

Hello,

I found a strange behavior while dropping a selected line. In order to help you fix this, I created a file telling what to do within the file. Hope this will help. No particular lexer is required (keeping it as "(None)" is enough to reproduce).
