Waybar with wlr/taskbar module is crashing on opening edge browser

Most of the time waybar straight up crashes If I open the microsoft edge browser. while using wlr/taskbar module

I am not able to run it again via sway reload as well ( it starts and crashes immediately ) as long as edge browser is running. Only thing I'm getting on running waybar with -debug option while edge is running in background

to replicate:

• make sure wlr/taskbar module is in waybar config
• run edge browser while waybar is running or vice versa
