[Feature Request] Sticky VFOs

One nice feature in SDR# is the ability to stick the VFOs to the their frequency, so when you move the spectrum the VFOs stayed in place in relation to the spectrum.

I searched in the issues and I didn't see any feature request for this.

Note: First time that I compile/try your program and it is really amazing (super stable and responsive), congratulations.

Second this here, when using multiple VFOs, when adjusting the center frequency, the radios tend to move instead of sticking where they were placed, like on a bookmark or otherwise. Also, a secondary issue, when they start shifting, and I try to put them back, I often run into the issue of multiple VFOs or radios all wanting to stack on top of each other when clicking on the bookmark, and it becomes rather difficult to separate each one without having to disable the other ones, and even when disabled, sometimes they are still stacked. Would be nice to also be able to select the radio you want to adjust in the menu on the left and not only on the waterfall/FFT area.

Certainly possible but very hard to do with how the frequency of VFOs is handled

Realy needed functional :-( It is 50% of all VFOs reasons to be.
