Option to add custom color config into a bandplan file?

I think it might be useful if you could add a custom color set into a bandplan file and that bandplan would then use it.

The default color set is very small and it's hard to decide which category to put allocations that don't belong to any of the defaults, e.g. commercial radio systems, ISM and others.

the reason the color categories are centralized in the main config was to allows for theming to work properly. Allowing bandplan to set any color they want is a bad idea as they could set colors that make no sense with the user's theme.

I think instead more categories should be thought of and created for SDR++ 2.0.
