ATV Decoder module

Hello, i would really like the functionality to decode analog tv signals with SDR++. Would something like this be possible to make? Thanks in advance.

If you're in a PAL region the ATV decoder module (not available in releases due to being unfinished) can already do it, so build SDR++ for source with it enabled. The module should later support other modes.
