filter bandwidth lock for Android version

On Android it is easy to accidentally adjust the filter bandwidth instead of changing VFO frequency, because the touchscreen interface isn't precise enough to reliably drag the edge vs center of the VFO. It would be helpful to be able to lock the bandwidth with a checkbox in the Radio controls.

What I'm imagining is button with a padlock icon on the same line as the bandwidth slider under the radio controls. The icon would change between unlocked and locked when toggled.

Another idea is to put a checkbox under the Display controls to enable/disable dragging to change VFO bandwidth. This is probably better when using multiple VFOs.
